UV-VIS-NIR Mikroskop
UVM-1
Because no conventional microscope could support the broad range of Craic's UV-VIS-NIR microspectrometers Craic Technologies developed the UVM-1. It is based on a Zeiss AxioImager with replaced optics to support UV light. Craic uses quartz and mirror based optics to allow wavelengths down to 200nm in the UV and up to 2500nm in the NIR with a surpassing image quality.
The UVM-1™ UV microscope can image in transmission, reflectance, polarization and even in fluorescence from the UV, visible, and NIR regions with high spatial resolution...all with the same microscope and without swapping components.
Features:
- Broadband microscope (200-2500nm) made from Zeiss AxioImager
- UV-VIS-NIR transmittance, reflectance, fuorescence with polarization
- UV or NIR digital absorption imaging with user selectable filters
- Laser input ports
- Compatible wit modular microspectrometers, Apollo Raman and rIQ
- Base microscope for 20/30PV
Applications: Cellular structure analysis, protein crystals, plankton microspectroscopy, tissue analysis, in vivo/vitro microspectroscopy, kinetics spectroscopy, combinatorial chemistry, drug development
