GO System


Plug & Play Nanometer Motion 

PRECIBEO GO is a modular plug & play nanometer resolution motion system for microscopy. The piezo-motorized stages move with nanometer precision, lift up to 500 grams and are easily controlled through the PRECIBEO GO App´s and an optional joystick.

Choose between one, two or three stages and connect them to the controller. Plug in the controller and the optional Joystick to your computer. Connect the power supply to the controller, turn it on and you are ready to GO!



GO Stages


The PRECIBEO GO Stages move with nanometer precision over centimeter distances, lift up to 500 grams and are self-locking at rest.

The PRECIBEO GO Stages come with an integrated position sensor and are designed for delivering the precision, load capacity and ease of use needed for fast and simple set up.

GO Controller


The PRECIBEO GO Controller enables point-to-point nanometer motion control with trapezoidal velocity profiles and PID regulation. Each PRECIBEO GO Controller controls up to 3 stages simultaneously and easily connects with your computer over USB. Get started by connecting the GO Stages to the GO Controller, connecting the GO Controller to your computer and installing the PRECIBEO GO App´s.

GO Joystick


The PRECIBEO GO Joystick is a high precision 3-axis joystick for high resolution microscopy. The ergonomic design and the 1,5 kg heavy base enables steady manual control of movements from nanometers to millimeters.


The GO Joystick has the following functionality in the GO Motion App:

A full stroke with the GO Joystick equals 2 orders of magnitude of speed, e.g. from 0,1 µm/s to 10 µm/s or 10 µm/s to 1000 µm/s. The max speed is chosen through buttons in the GO Motion App or with keyboard shortcuts. The left button saves the current position and the right button helps you lock chosen axes.

Just plug the GO Joystick USB connector into your computer, and you are ready to GO!





The PRECIBEO GO OEM System allows you to easily move an object from A to B with nanometer precision over centimeter distances. The system is designed for delivering the precision, load capacity and ease of use needed for fast and simple integration into compact OEM solutions.

The high precision linear stages has an operating force of 5 N, lifting up to 500 grams at more than 5 mm/s. The stages provide smooth motion, fast step & settling times and are self-locking at rest, allowing you to hold position when power is off.


Get Started with the Development Kit

Integrate one or more stages into your product and control the stages simultaneously with easy to use commands. For instance, to reach the position (x=1000, y=100, z=0.010)µm in a 3-stage system, simply send the GoTo command “GT x1000 y100 z0.01”.

Get started with the Development Kit, where the D1E Mini Driver Board is stacked on a Breakout Board with Power Supply and RS485/USB Converter Cable. Just plug the Power Supply into the wall socket and the RS485/USB cable into your computer and you are ready to GO.
